About the program

Create effective behavior change and develop habits to build a healthier, happier life through holistic health practices.

Our primary program is a 9 week curriculum. Data-based, tested, and results driven, it is designed to help you reach your goals - and continue to succeed. Throughout the program, the On the Path Health staff will provide daily education, encouragement, and engagement to support you.

We teach you how to effectively implement the best practices for nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep. The creation of positive lifestyle habits will benefit you long after you finish the program.

Nutrition


Sustainable nutrition advice helps you thrive in all areas of life. We follow a modified MIND framework, focusing on whole foods and incorporating intermittent fasting.

Exercise


Enjoyable movement practices optimize your health in the long term. Our program focuses on aerobic activity and resistance training for the best results.

Stress Management


Meditation and mental health care techniques help reduce overall stress. We incorporate daily stress management and mindfulness to start you on the path to whole health.

Sleep


Improved sleeping habits leave you refreshed and energetic. We recommend sleeping apps and trackers, and will help you stay accountable for getting enough rest.

Testing


Data collection, labs, and physical measurements ensure you stay on track. We’ll also empower you to continue measuring progress after the program. Seeing tangible results will give you extra incentive to continue your journey.

The On the Path Health Program Includes:

  • A 9-week participant program to help develop healthy lifestyle habits

  • Meal plans, exercise programs, and methods to record your data
  • Daily “stepping stones” for education and encouragement
  • A private Facebook page to ask questions and build like-minded community
  • Support meetings with Dr. Melbert at the four- and six-week mark
  • Pre- and post-program testing
  • Summary sheets and participation data provided to all participants at the end of the program
